Refund policy

Our return policy allows you to return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping fees. Please note that we cannot accept returns of opened products or refund lost packages that we do not receive. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number, then ship the product back to us at your expense, including a tracking code for monitoring.
